Frequently Asked Questions: Online Exclusive Purchases

What is your production time?
Our standard production time is usually 3 or 5 business days after proof approval. Some items have longer production times; if an item has a longer production time, a follow-up email with be sent with in 48 hours. If the production time is longer than what is acceptable and you email us stating that, your order can be canceled at no charge.

What method of payment do you accept?
At this time we only accept payment through Paypal for our online exclusives. Paypal allows us to accept payment via every major credit card. You are also able to sign up for a Paypal account and link it to a bank account if you choose.

How is my order shipped?
We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you require shipping via an expedited method, please email us at sales@njtrophy.com. We will submit an invoice for the additional shipping charges.

How do I submit my engraving information?
After you submit your order you will automatically be sent to a page giving you instructions. You can also visit the instructions page here. Please remember it is very important to include your order information in the subject. We do not proofread your engraving. We enter it as it is provided. It is important for you to submit your engraving without errors. It is very important to catch any and all errors during the proof process.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at the end of the check out process. All prices are for USPS Priority or UPS ground.

How do I track my order?
We will email you with a tracking number to use on the USPS or UPS website. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become activated.

How long will it take to get my order?
After you place your order, you should get a digital proof within 48 hours and typically within 24 hours. Once that proof is approved, it typically takes between 3-5 business days to produce your item. Shipping time depends on where you are located but typical ship time is between 1-5 business days.

Why do you ask for an event date?
We ask for an event date because we want you to get your items on time.  If we need to, we will try to express your order or contact you if we need to change the shipping method to get it to you on time.  On a rare occasion we will recommend we cancel your order if we cannot fulfill it in time.

What if my order doesn't arrive on time?
We understand that you need your orders for your event.  We have a typical production time of 3-5 business days after proof approval.  Proofs are provided within 48 hours of orders being placed and typically within 24 hours.  We notify any customers within 48 hours of the order being placed if the production time will be longer than normal.  We do our absolute best to get your orders out on time.  This may require paying rush charges or changing shipping methods.  We have no control over shipment delays.

Do you offer rush service?
Please call us at 732-381-6800 or email at sales@njtrophy.com and ask if rush service is available. Rush services are typically an additional fee of 20% and quantity discounts are void.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible if our production time is longer than the normal 3-5 business days and you find this unacceptable. You may also cancel an order before proof approval but you may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Orders cannot be canceled after proof approval. No other cancellations will be accepted.

What if my item is engraved incorrectly or arrives damaged?
In the case of something engraved incorrectly, if it is our mistake, we will fix the error at our expense. If the engraving error falls with the customer, please email us and we'll try to work out the most economical solution. We do our best not to ship any items that are damaged. It can still happen. Any item that arrives damaged must be claimed within 48 hours of being received. We will work with you to either repair or replace the item. We do not offer refunds for damaged items.

I have a tax exempt organization but I'm being charged tax. What should I do?
The way our current system is configured, tax is charged for all purchases made in New Jersey. If you are tax exempt, you must submit via fax or email your valid ST-3 form. We will then refund you the amount of the tax.

Do you match competition's pricing?
We do not guarantee that we will match pricing. If you have a project you'd like for us to bid on, please send it to sales@njtrophy.com and we will submit our best bid.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free ground shipping on orders over $299. This is offer is valid only on items we sell directly on our website. It will be offered at the very end of the check out process.

Do you offer free in store pickup?
Yes, this option can be selected at the very end of the check out process.

Where do you ship?
We ship only to the continental United States.

Are online prices valid in store?
At this time we are not honoring online pricing at our B&M location.

Can I engrave my logo or a specific image?
Artwork can be engraved if it is of the required quality and format. We require .eps, vector artwork or high quality jpegs for all our processes.  All artwork is subject to review.  If your artwork does not meet our standards, we will email you and offer to either remove the artwork from the order or recondition it for an additional charge. If you'd like something trademarked or copywritten engraved, we will need written approval from the relating party.

Will I receive a proof?
We provide proofs for all orders. If you are not happy with the proof, you must request any and all specific changes. We will provide you with a second proof for free. If you require further changes, we charge $10 per proof. Any typographical errors on our side will not require additional charges.

How much can I engrave on my item?
We do not necessarily limit how much you can write on items, unless it is noted in the description. There is a physical limitation. As a result, we will contact you with recommendations if we think there is too much text. You will have the option to upgrade to the next size up or change your text to fit the plaque.

Do you charge for engraving?
On most items, engraving is included in the price. If the item does not include engraving, please contact sales@njtrophy.com for a quote.

How do I re-order an item?
We save all files, art, and order information.  You can contact us at sales@njtrophy.com for any information you may not have in your records.  You can also place your order and when you submit your engraving information, simply reference the order number from your past order.

How does the quantity discount work?
All items must be ordered at the same time. All items must ship to the same address. All items must be the same size. All items must have the same art/layout. You are allowed two personalization/changes of the same art/layout.  Any more will result in the quantity discount being void.  Discounts will not be available on rush orders.
